We collect only the information necessary to provide exceptional service and a seamless booking experience, including your name, contact information, service history, and service preferences. This information is used exclusively to enhance your experience and ensure your treatments are customized to you.

We never sell, share, or disclose your personal information to third parties unless required by law or authorized by you in writing. Your trust is the foundation of our relationship, and we take every measure to safeguard it.

Terms of Service

By booking an appointment at Lash and Brow Masters, you agree to the following terms:

Booking & Cancellation: We require 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be considered a late cancellation. Please note: Even if other time slots appear available in our booking system, appointment times and service schedules cannot be altered once booked. Schedule changes must be requested directly and are subject to approval.
No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy: Clients who no-show or cancel within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the service fee. Repeated violations may result in restricted booking access or refusal of future appointments.
Arrivals: Please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or forfeiture of your appointment, with the full cost still applying.
Fills: Fills are recommended within the time frames listed per service. Appointments booked outside the suggested window may require a full set.
Foreign Fills: A consultation is required for clients with lashes from another studio. If the work does not meet our standards, we may recommend removal and a new set.
Results: While we use the highest-quality products and techniques, individual results may vary based on lash health, skin condition, and proper aftercare.
